Getting IT Done

The slides from my "Getting IT Done" session at php|tek can be found on slideshare.net; Enjoy!
PS: I would be grateful if you were there and could rate the talk on joind.in
Would you like to work
with me?
I have positions open for server/infrastructure software development (C) and QA.

Trac Burndown
Did not attend to phptek, but read the slides, this is good stuff.
I use Trac myself but could not find any good burndown plugin (a few month back) for Scrum/Burndown.
You mentioned in the slides that you use some Trac plugins for that purpose, are those available on trac-hacks or elsewhere?
Cheers!
Trac plugins
Hi Wez,
Great slides. Can you share what Trac plugins you are using for time tracking, burndown charts, etc.?
Thanks!
Trac plugins
We use modified versions of the timing and estimation plugin and one of the many burndown plugins that you can find on the trac hacks and plugins sites. I can't share the precise things we're using because they're tweaked to our environment.

Trac vs Redmine
Perhaps it's a good idea to take a look at redmine!
You can find it here:www.redmine.org.
It's a trac replacement build on RoR with a load of good plugins for supporting an Agile development process (like resourceplanning, graphing and codereview)
